"I do not normally write reviews but after seeing how people actually only write bad things I figured it was only right to explain my experience.

I found out about swanky from instagram they have a very cool and funny page. I was interested when I saw a picture of a customer that had paid for the coloring service. I am always on the hunt for a new style and color and she had various pictures on how many times she colored the same hair. I fell in love with the hair as soon as I touched it LOL. I was going to order online but after calling ahead to make sure they had what I wanted in stock and they did but the sales associated talked me into coming in since I was kind of unsure. I bought malaysian loose wave 4 bundles and closure . the sales associate was so nice she colored the hair for me and normally it takes 48 hrs she did it the same day I left and picked it up a few hours later. It was perfect the hair was so soft even after bleaching. The texture was great!! I had this in for 4 months I reused it twice already and I must say I washed it even went to the salon and I am still swanky! I love this company and there service! I am a loyal customer looking forward to purchasing more hair in future!
